In response to the pandemic I am offering free 30 minute support sessions for the month of April. 
​
Limit 4 per person (2 hours of time).  

I believe we all need safe and secure places to explore the complex field of emotions that have been shaken from this sudden experience of uncertainty.  These sessions are confidential spaces to feel heard, be witnessed, or simply learn about or explore new methods of stress reduction.  

Ways you can use these sessions--
  • Feeling heard - Talk freely and openly about your experience without judgment or someone attempting to problem solve
  • Being witnessed - Perhaps you have been giving a lot to support others and just need a moment to be seen for all you give
  • Learn - I can teach you a few tips and tricks to add to your stress reduction tool kit from creative brain balancing exercises to help you relax to creating a personalized affirmation to keep perspective. 
  • Explore - I can help you discover new resources that can support your home-life situation or workshop ideas for new needs emerging at home.
  • Guided Meditation - I can guide you through a meditation that is designed around your current needs
